SymbianSigned.com無法取得證書問題(2008-02-20)

從2月20號開始，我們無法取得證書，在SymbianSigned.com中已發出公告
本人認為只是暫時停止開放，詳情如下：

MESSAGE FOR DEVELOPERS
對開發者的訊息

- Developer Certificates will be ENABLED for users who have a Publisher ID ONLY. (during GMT office hours)
- 開發者簽證(Developer Certificates)只會開放給擁有開發者帳號(Publisher ID)的使用者

- ONLY If you used a Publisher ID to create a .csr file with the DevCertCreate tool will you be able to use Open Signed Offline to create a Developer Certificate.
- 只有使用開發者帳號並利用開發證書製作工具(DevCertCreate tool)來製作.csr文件才能使用離線公開簽證(Open Signed Offline)來進行開發者簽證

- Developer Certificates are currently DISABLED for users without a Publisher ID. Users who DO NOT have a Publisher ID CANNOT request Developer Certificates or use Open Signed Offline.
- 目前對於沒有開發者帳號的用戶將不能使用開發者簽證，這些沒有開發者帳號的用戶不能使用開發者簽證請求(request Developer Certificates)及使用離線公開簽證

- Open Signed Online and Offline for users without a Publisher ID will NOT be available temporarily, an update will be provided during Week beginning 25th Feb.
- 在線及離線公開簽證(Open Signed Online and Offline)暫時停止開放，並將會於2月25號更新並提供該服務

- If you have recently obtained a Publisher ID and are unable to create a Developer Certificate using Open Signed Offline please request support through the Symbian Signed forum on the Symbian Developer Network.
- 如果你最近才獲得開始者帳號及無法在在線及離線公開簽證新增開發者簽證，請到Symbian開發者網絡的簽證論壇獲得支援

Symbian Signed has changed. Three new and simplified signing options are available to developers, supported by a new (and lower cost) Certificate Authority.

Open Signed, has updated and replaced Developer Certificate signing, making it easy for developers to sign applications for limited deployment to known devices, either for testing or for personal use. The online-only option is coming soon.

Express Signed, a new option similar to Self Certification, is available to all developers, either directly (for those who own a Publisher ID), or via publisher partners (for those who do not).

Certified Signed, has updated and replaced the mainstream signing option based on independent testing by a Symbian accredited Test House.

TCTrustCenter, www.trustcenter.de/order/publisherid/dev, is the Certificate Authority for Symbian Signed, responsible for issuing and validating Publisher ID digital certificates (but existing ACS Publisher Certificates issued by VeriSign will remain valid for Open Signed and Certified Signed).
